Prior to establishing Haven Quality Care, the two Directors- Melany and Zakaria worked extensively within the Health, Social and Community Services sector, collectively over 25 years.
Melany has worked across various roles including Nursing, Case Management within Department of Children and Families in the Northern Territory, Training and Management, Forensic Mental Health, AOD Rehabilitation, Child Protection, Support Coordination and Behaviour Support. Melany has extensive skills, knowledge, and experience for over 20 years.
Zakaria has worked across various roles also including AOD Case Management, Disability, Support Coordination within the NDIS space, Youth Work and Management. His experience spans across the last 8 years.
